Chanel AW14 Makeup Collection Etats Poetiques and Tutorial
The beautiful Chanel AW14 Makeup Collection Etats Poetiques launches next week in SA so I can finally share with you the beauiful products that will be hitting the counters plus I have done a makeup tutorial on the products I got to choose to see how they look. The collection is all about the romance and poetic tenderness with such pretty shades.
First up in the collection is the Coco Rouge Shine Lipsticks that come in 4 shades they are absolutely stunning, I got my hands on Viva which is the pink shade and you see me use in the tutorial. Absolutely love them and will retail at R480.
Next up are the beautiful individual shades the Ombre Essential that come in 6 shades. I got to go to the launch and watch one of Chanel’s makeup artist Christine Lucignano that flies around the world doing the most amazing shoots do a makeup demonstration for us and see how to work these shades and believe it or not the yellow shadow looks amazing to pop the someky eye on the lid. These pretty shades will retail at R435 and shade 104 and 102 the deep pink and rosewood are limited edition so if you want them 18th August is when they are out.
There are 3 pretty nail polish shades in the collection I got my hands on the darker shade no 631 its a pretty shade of grey that will look amazing on any skin tone. These polishes will retail at R355.
Here is the Quatre Ombres Les Poesie the limited edition palette and the blush that is featured in the tutorial which is an amazing pinky/gold shimmer shade and perfect for a beautiful flush on the cheeks. Seriously in love with these two, the palette will retail at R755 and the blush at R590.
There are 2 eyeliners and gloss as part of the collection but I didn’t get a chance to play with these.
