My favourite foundations
There are so many foundations to choose from and most women struggle what to choose. I always believe you must spend a little bit more on your foundation as beautiful skin is what stands out. There are a few more affordable foundations which I will do a review on in the next week or so but for now I just want to share my favourite’s at the moment.
Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua – I love Chanel products but this foundation is amazing it has a sheer finish and makes my skin glow plus you only have to use a little bit.
Benefit Oxygen Wow Flawless foundation – I use this loads for my shoots and for myself its got great coverage and makes the skin look flawless. This foundation makes the skin look dewy without looking greasy and you can build up the coverage.
Shu Umera face architect illuminating liquid foundation – I personally use this foundation I have combination skin and some foundations don’t last the day because my skin is oily in places. This foundation lasts for hours for me and gives my skin a beautiful glow.
Georgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation – I have been using this on myself for quite some time and recently included the foundations into my kit. I have often had compliments when wearing the foundation on how fresh and dewy my skin looks. So definitely a favourite.
Clinique even better – this foundation has a beautiful finish but helps even out the complexion especially if you have pigmentation on the skin. After my pregnancies I had a lot of pigmentation this foundation was amazing for me.
Laura Mercier silk creme foundation – Laura Mercier’s make is amazing I love her tinted moisturisers too and I love this foundation. Again it makes the skin glow and feel hydrated and gives a flawless finish.
Mac face and body – This foundation for me and on my shoots is amazing. I always say to people looking for a light foundation who want something more than a tinted moisturiser to try this foundation. Its very sheer but if you buff in you can build the coverage and the skin really glows. Its great for the no make up look.
Mac Matchmaster foundation – I use this for dark skin girls it really is beautiful, it doesn’t make the skin go grey and it glides on beautifully and makes the skin look flawless.
Choosing the right foundation is so important plus getting the right colour. I see so many girls wearing the wrong shade and then its not blended in properly. When buying your foundation ask for a tester first and see how your skin likes it and make sure you check in natural light that its the right shade for you.
