Clarins True Radiance Foundation

Obsessed with Clarins True Radiance Foundation

As you all know I am always on the look out for amazing foundations. My key focus is always skin whether I am doing my own makeup or on a shoot, if skin looks amazing it just all seems to fall into place. So when Clarins did their foundation drop and I laid my eyes on the True Radiance Foundation I just knew I was going to love this one.

Its a beautiful liquid foundation that blends in so beautifully to the skin with a natural radiant finish its luminous without all the shine. Its all about boosting your radiance while diminishing imperfections and allows your skin to shine through and isn’t heavy at all. The True Radiance Foundation SPF15 has a skincare formula of Moringa Sees Extract that helps skin combat external pollutants and organic Marsh Samphire that helps hydrate the skin for 24 hours, helps smooths features, and light reflecting pigments to help boost radiance.

Clarins True Radiance 1In this picture I have done my usual beauty routine to make sure my skin is really hydrated, I applied the foundation with my fingers, of course added a touch of concealer under the eyes and some mascara. But I haven’t added any highlighter or bronzer and my skin looks fresh and radiant. If you are prone to oily skin then make sure you mattify your T-Zone with a powder which will help keep on for longer. I personally never use a powder on myself but for longer lasting foundation you need to add some powder.

The Clarins True Radiance Foundation has been my go to foundation since it landed on my desk, I really love it and would add to my pro kit but I am keeping this one for me. Launching in SA on the 27th September  and retailing at R415 you need to go get yourselves one of these.

  1. I currently use their Ever Matte foundation, in 114 Cappuchino. I am totally in awe at how much impact a solid canvas (face) has on the outcome of a look. You look absolutely hydrated and flawless! I love me Clarins!!!!
