Its a new year and the latest addition to Shahnaz Loves Beauty is my fitness files post. I started getting back into training about 9 weeks ago and have started 2015 focused and continuing with getting fit. Yes its hard to get motivated sometimes and its hard when you have a crazy schedule like me and don’t have time to get to the gym. So I introduce to you the Bikini Beach Body Workout.
I was on a shoot about 3 months ago and the model I was working with had the most amazing body, working with model’s does help with some motivation so I guess that’s a good thing. She told me she had been doing the bikini beach body workout and that it was quick max 30 minutes and that’s that. Luckily I didn’t have to buy it as a friend had and passed on to me but I have to say its well worth the money if you looking to get fit and feel better about yourself. In 9 weeks I am so much stronger and my legs and arms are getting definied and toned, my tummy is a working progress after 2 kids but I can see improvements already.
Its a 12 week programme with all the exercises laid out for you on a PDF file and you can do in the gym or at home. I got myself some hand weights, a skipping rope and have improvised with the rest I still need to get me a step but so far I have been able to do with what I have at home.
Each section comes in 2 weeks that you alternate and then it completely changes up and of course gets harder as you go along but its a truly amazing workout that has changed my mind set on exercise altogether and is making me want to get to the gym and do other workouts I even did a spinning class over the holidays!!!!

I still have to get my food part right but am definitely on the right track to a healthier me. Once the 12 weeks is up I am definitely investing in the next stage and take the next challenge as I have been totally inspired.
