In this video I chat about the new Chanel Autumn makeup collection and give a little demonstration with the products I got to play with. Its all about the day to night smokey eye, lots of lashes, a flush on the cheeks and a glossy lip plus some gorgeous nail polishes.
The new collection from Chanel launches 21st August and the inspirtaion for the collection is taken from Atumn shades of leaves and flowers. I am loving the new limited edition eyeshadow palette because its a perfect day to night smokey palette plus I love the design on the shadows. As always the nail polishes are amazing and in the tutorial I chat about two of the shades in the collection that are the Les Vernis Ecorce Sanguine a gorgeous red and Vert Obscur a forest green (R365).
In this video I used the following products:
Chanel Entrelacs eyeshadow palette (R870)
Le Volume Ultra Noir de Chanel (R485)
Chanel Les Beiges healthy glow powder
Chanel Joues Contraste powder blush in Alezane (R605)
Chanel Gloss Volume
Absolutely love the mascara from the collection it gives a whole load of volume and is definitely staying in my personal stash.
Also part of the new Chanel Autumn collection is another gorgeous eyeshadow palette one of Les 4 Ombres this one is called Tisse D’Autumn with shades of golden khaki, peach beige, deep khaki and copper brown. I have always been a fan of the Illusion D’Ombres (R475) the cream to powder eyeshadows the beautiful peach shade Rouge Gorge is perfect to add warmth to the complexion but its limited edition so if you want it you better be quick.
Plus 4 beautiful Stylo Yeux waterproof pencils (R370) to give more punch to the smokey eye, wear on their own or just add some warmth to the look.
There are a few lippies in the collection plus a gloss. In the video you see I just have the clear gloss which works perfectly with the smokey eye. These colours are perfect for day or night in both the Rouge Allure in nude and Velvet in a red (R505), the Coco Shine also comes in both shades (R505) and then the rouge gloss (R425) to really warm up the complexion.
I hope you enjoyed the tutorial and will be bringing you another one next week.
