Love the Elizabeth Arden Vitamin C Ceramide Capsule Radiance Renewal System so much. I would say for me by far one of the best skincare products Elizabeth Arden have launched. Since I first got my hands on these bad boys its been all I can chat about. If you are looking to add some Vitamin C into your skincare routine you need to try these. As you all know Vitamin C is key for our skin and Elizabeth Arden have got it so right with these capsules.
I am all about hydrating skincare now that I am in my 40's of course anti ageing is in there too and so much more. However I found as I got older my skin gets more dehydrated and it needs all the moisture it can get. In this post its all about getting hydrated with Dermalogica. The Skin Smoothing Cream that has been relaunched plus the new Instensive Moisture Cleanser. These 2 have been great for me over the colder months but I still need hydration in ths summer months too. You definitely can't go wrong with this combo. Even though I layer up my skincare this combo have been key in helping me keep my skin looking and feeling great. So how do these Dermalogica products work?
The gorgeous Chanel Rouge Allure Ink Lipsticks landed on my desk last week and boy are they pretty. I am definitely a Chanel girl though and though and when it comes to the lippies I can't get enough. I got to test out the 3 new beautiful shades of which one is the Rouge Allure Ink Fusion the pink/red shade and the gold and berry shade are the Allure Ink. All gorgeous quality that look so pretty on and are so easy to apply. I love the lipstick packaging with the frosted glass case that just feels really luxurious.
Elizabeth Arden have upped their game on a whole other level each time I test something out I am blown away. The 8HR range has grown from the cult cream to a whole range to include a face oil, face mist, sun screen, lip balm and now a moisturiser. I have been getting my glow on with the Elizabeth Arden 8HR Daily Defense Moisturiser Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 35. Its got so many skincare benefits and it leaves skin so hydrated you literally can't go wrong here. Its my go to moisturiser and will definitely invest in one for my pro kit.
For those of you who haven't tested out the affordable skincare brand African Extracts you must definitely check it out. I had seen the brand in stores but always just strolled right on past. Until a fellow makeup artist started chatting about some of the products and how great they are. Its so affordable so if you are looking for something to start out with this may be it for you. Obviously you need to add in an exfoliator and mask (they do have in the oily prioblem skin range), serum and an SPF but there are some good products to add in to your skincare routine. Sadly skincare is something you have to spend money on there is just no getting away with that.
