If you haven’t checked out the latest palette from Urban Decay you are seriously missing out. Its by far my favourite of all the Naked palettes with such pretty shades. Introducing the Urban Decay Naked Reloaded Palette (R695) perfect for most skin tones. If you are a dark skin tone then the Naked Heat Palette will work best. The Naked Reloaded has warm tones you can use all year round and perfect for day to night. Its my current go to palette for myself with all the shades perfect for my brown eyes.
In this post I have created an overall really easy look with a smokey eye and a bold lip. The makeup is a mixture of makeup I have been asked to write about and some goodies I got over seas. I mixed matt and metallic here for this look from the palette. What I love about the shades is you can wear pretty much wear a shade on its own or mix it up.
I took boundaries and applied in the crease of my eye and bottom lash line with my new Iconic London brush.
I then applied the metallic shade Reputation which is so pretty on the centre of my lid to create that extra pop.
Under my brow bone I used the shade Bribe to highlight the area but without using any shimmer.
For my brows I tested out the new Swiitch Brow Palette. I will be chatting more about the palette in another post on all things new at Swiitch Beauty. I took the lightest shade for my brows and just filled in where needed. I am not a fan of heavy looking brows on myself so tried to keep as natural as possible.
For my lashes I used my new favourite Clarins 4D Mascara. This mascara will be part of a new eye collection coming your way in June. It gives great volume without clumping or smudging.
For highlighting and contouring I used a new goodie from overseas the Becca Khloe and Maliaka BFF palette. Becca really have it down when it comes to highlighting. This palette is an all in one with blush as well and such pretty packaging. I will be chatting about this one again in my highlighter post next week.
I forgot to contour so realised after I had done the look in case you are wandering why I have lippie here in this pic.
The bronzer is a beautiful matte shade that sculpts the face beautifully. In this whole post I used my new Iconic London brushes they are truly gorgeous.
For my cheeks I got the Nars Orgasm Blush but in liquid form. This one I got in Selfridges its so beautiful on. What I love about a cream blush is that it adds to the overall glow of the makeup.
You can apply with fingers or a sponge. I wanted to test out the new Swiitch Beauty Squiishy sponge. It works a treat for blush, foundation and concealer. I love it.
For the bold lips I used one of the Swiitch new matte lipsticks I will be swatching all these on insta stories this week so head on over there. I went for a pretty orange shade that totally compliments the eyes.
The final look is so pretty and so easy to create. I love to focus on glowing skin that always brings everything together. The Urban Decay Naked Reloaded Palette is truly a goodie at such an affordable price for 12 beautiful shades. The quality is amazing and I love the new packaging as well.
Happy makeup shopping.
