A Super Easy Smokey Eye using Stila Cosmetics
Makeup doesn’t need to be difficult or complicated and I find most women stress about how to apply makeup. You don’t need to have 5 shades in your smokey eye if you don’t want to. It can be as easy as using one product and a couple of makeup brushes and you are good to go. In this post I chat about a super easy smokey eye using Stila Cosmetics. If you haven’t had a chance to check out the Stila Shimmer and Glow or Glitter and Glow liquid eyeshadows you are missing out.
Here I have opted for the Stila Shimmer and Glow liquid eyeshadow in Vivid Garnet. Its a solid colour that has a metallic finish that just gives a gorgeous eye. You can work the product a few ways but here I used it to create a smokey eye which is perfect for the festive season.
So first up I applied the product all over my lids with the applicator right up to my crease. Then I took a blending brush and blended the eyeshadow in my crease to neaten out the edges.
I also applied with a pencil brush on the bottom lash line to make the look a lot bolder. Theh finished off with mascara.
My overall look is a glowing complexion with a pink lip so as not to take away from the smokey eye. The serious glow is from my Revolution Makeup Ultra Pro Glow Palette using the pretty pink shimmer shade. Its an eye look that is quick an easy and super pretty.
