Its always nice to find a dupe for a more expensive product and these Avon Ideal Flawless Colour Correcting Pearls are the perfect dupe to the Guerlain Meteorites. A pretty combination of 5 candy coloured pearls that will give a radiant and fresh looking complexion and with the weather changing I am going to need all the radiance boosting I can get.
The cream colour is the illuminator and adds the subtle highlight, the Lilac corrects yellow tones that make the skin look dull and shadow, the Green reduces the appearance of redness, the Peach helps neutralise the appearance of blue tones like dark spots and the Yellow reduces the appearance of purple tones like dark circles.
So basically you take a large Kabuki or face brush and sweep over your entire face and the shadows will blend together and correct colour flaws. So I gave it a go yesterday afternoon over my foundation on my cheeks, forehead, nose and chin and the powder gave me a subtle glow all over my face and basically gave me pink tones to my cheeks and turned my tired and dull looking face to a fresh looking complexion. To finish off the look I add mascara and a pretty matt lipstick.
I love the fact that the Avon Ideal Flawless Colour Correcting Pearls are so affordable at R159.95 and if you want the Avon Kabuki brush to go with it you only have to spend another R99.95 If you haven’t ordered from Avon before click here for the website set yourself up and account and you can get busy ordering.
If you also looking to freshen up your complexion and you haven’t tried the Avon Ideal Flawless CC cream then you missing out its one of my favourites.
