Behind The Scenes Grazia Beauty Shoot
In the latest issue of Grazia SA I did makeup 10 girls covering lots of beauty trends. The story was all about hair tips and trends so we decided why not keep to make up trends too. All the girls had their skin prepped with Dermalogica skincare to make sure their skin looked amazing beacuse that really is the biggest trend.
The opener picture was the nude lip and gloss eye and I kept skin really fresh using the Bobbi Stick foundation for the face and contouring.
Below Araffa wanted a pop of colour we saw a lot of colour for the SS14 trends so I gave a pop of pink on the lids, for foundation I used Smashbox liquid halo foundation and mixed in a touch of Mac strobe cream to create a beautiful finish and then applied the Revlon Blush in no 3 Blushed for a subtle colour on the cheek not to take away from the eyes.
I love the Rimmel 60 60 Seconds polish this coral shade is the perfect summer colour.
Its all about the bronze in this one with a fresh face I used my Mac warm neutrals palette using the bronze and copper shade to create the look.
Here I took a bright blue liner and applied to the bootom waterline, its a cool trend taken from the Marc Jacobs show its easy to do and makes your eyes really pop.
For this look I went with a clean face, a pop of colour on the cheek and a bright matt red lip.
A dark lip always looks amazing on especially when the rest of the face looks fresh, with a groomed brow and lots of mascara. For this look I used one of my mac lip palettes but try Hang Up from Mac is a beautiful dark berry shade.
Bright pink lips is definitely a big trend and looks pretty amazing on any skin tone.
