Shahnaz Loves Beauty

Its been a while since I touched on the topic of bronzer which is strange because I love a bronzer. Its one of my go to products for myself and its the best way to add colour and definition to the face. Two amazing bronzers landed on my desk last month and well I just don’t want to share them with anyone. The Clarins limited edition Bronzing and Blush Compact from the new summer collection launching soon which I am totally obsessing over. Plus the new gorgeous Elizabeth Arden Forever Bronze Bronzing Powder from the new Tropical Escape Collection. Both are totally beautiful toattly lifting the complexion and add warmth and definition.

The Clarins bronzer hasn’t launced yet in SA but when it does oh you will want one for yourself. I literally can’t stop using it. Its matt texture that just makes my complexion just look so uch better. Combined with the peach blush that has a touch of shimmer its a sunkissed look through and through. I love to apply the bronzer with an angled contour brush and apply on my cheek bones, forehead, jawline and neck and the blush on the apples of my cheeks. You can even work this beauty on your eyes for that contoured look.Elizabeth Arden bronzer

The Elizabeth Arden Fourever Bronze Bronzing Powder (R650) is already available in SA part of the gorgeous Tropical Escape Collection. The bronzer palette comes in 2 shades medium and deep a combination of bronzer, highlighter and a blush a perfect 4 – in -1. I love the texture and I love the shades plus the pink blush gives that perfect flush to the cheeks. The palette actually has lots of skincare ingredients as well so good for you as well as making you pretty. It contains soft focus particles to diffuse the light, dry flo starch that absorbs excess oil, hyaluronic acid for hydration and Vitamin C & E that nourishes the skin as well as protecting it.

You can either use each quad by itself or sweep the bronzing shades together to add more warmth to your complexion. Highlight in all the usual places top of your cheekbone, the brow bone, cupids bow and bridge of your nose.

Here I have applied the clarins bronzer in all the key places to add some definition to my face plus alot of warmth. I keep my makeup so natural in the day and for me bronzer just adds that bit more plus it defines my cheek bones. Also makes me look a bit more tanned. Two amazing bronzers worth checking out. They are on the pricier side but they are just so pretty and will make you say OOHH!!!
