I have been so blessed to work with another gorgeous jewellery brand so thank you Little Black Book PR. Tomas Sabo Jewellery is so beautiful and I got to pick an item for my self and one lucky winner. Its a brand for both men and women that has extraordinary attention to detail with classic to edgy pieces. For the women you can find pieces with semi precious stones with such cool and unique styles I fell totally in love with the brand. Ladies and gentlemen the pieces will cost you a pretty penny but quality always comes at a price.

I am so excited to announce the arrival of the gorgeous Italian Nomination Jewellery brand here is SA that is so beautiful and so affordable. Plus one lucky winner will win R5K worth of jewellery as well!!!! I got to choose a selection for myself  from the range to keep for myself and tell you all how gorgeous it is. Now its quite a varied range with some delicate pieces too. When it comes to choosing jewellery rose gold is always my favourite and it really suits my skin tone.

This winter season its been all about the pearls when it comes to fashion. Pearl detail is a big thing this year whether its all over or just a bit more subtle. Of course me being me I have had to have all variations in my wardrobe and of course Zara has had it all for me. I love a pearl when it comes to clothes rather than wearing it as jewellery. It totally makes a plain top come alive and give it that extra wow to your outfit. The pearl embellished fashion trend is big and lets hope its here to stay.

I am definitely a 90’s girl through and through when it comes to my taste in music and my love for bomber jackets. Back in the day it was a plain black or army green these days you can get so many different versions from leather to print and all sorts of textures. I have a variety as you can see from leather, metallic and fun colourful prints. You can literally find anything from Zara to the more high end but Zara always has some goodies.

Winter is almost here in Cape Town not that I can really call it a real winter and its definitely not like winters in London. But we do have some colder days and icey mornings and evenings. This post is all about my autum winter fashion staples that I have been collecting over the last couple months. My wardrobe needed a real update. This season I have collected a series of winter short sleeve tops, few jumpers and lighter jackets. Not sure if I am even going to get a chance to wear my big winter jackets. I have updated my jacket collection and added in a couple more bomber jackets from plain to print. I have even gone with smart ZaraChanel style jacket for the season for those fancy dinners!!

Looking for a perfect gift or just want to treat someone? Lingerie Letters is such a great idea and such a perfect gift. I actually found out about the service from another blogger and decided to treat myself as I am a lover of pretty things. Lingerie is something I truly love and invest in because it makes you feel great and pretty. You can either buy from their boutique or sign up to get a letter each month or just gift someone from 1,3 or 6 months. All the underwear is handmade in SA with pretty designs that are super comfortable and gorgeous on.

A while back I did hair and makeup for local SA designer Tamara Cherie for her SS17/18 collection. Its definitely her best collection yet with gorgeous colours and materials and a whole lot of sequin. Of course being the shopaholic and absolutely love fasion I had to buy a few pieces from the collection. Now I am one of those people that needs a lot of tops for all occasions. I think I have lots count on how mant I have but you need for all occassions whether casual or dressy. What I love about Tamara’s collection is you can mix it up and either be really smart or dress it down with a pair of jeans or denim skirt. Click here to see her latest range.

The print dress for every day wear seems to be my standard uniform these days. Its actually become of a bit of an obsession as I literally have about 30 different print dresses.  As I have gotten older I ctend to over up the top part and show a little more leg even though my knees are knobbly. I think its key to have dresses that really work for you and that you can wear day or night. This dress I could pear it with a heel and pump up my makeup and I could do dinner, drinks or dancing.

I wanted to create a shoot that highlighted the hair with a touch of quirky makeup. After all my hair training from the London Hair Academy I decided to shoot a hair editorial and Lucys Magazine decided to feature it. Happy Days. The main focus of the hair is braiding and the different braiding hair styles. I collaborated with local South African jewellery brand Matter Of Fakt to add extra dimension to the shoot plus dress the braids up a little bit. The cuffs are actual ear cuffs but you can so rock them in your hair. I tried to keep it simple with the skin, the jewellery and the nails so that all the real focus is on the hair styles.

The gorgeous new Vista Matter of Fakt collection has just launched and its gorgeous. Luckliy I got to be involved with the new campaign doing both the hair and the makeup for really such a beautiful shoot. If you don’t knoqw about the local South African brand you really are missing out. All the pieces are gold plated on brass so you can really get some beautiful affordable pieces. Mary-Ann the owner of Matter of Fakt has designed a combination of simple pices and a few pieces with semi precious stones that are absolutely stunning.
