Its a new year and time to get motivated mentally and physically. Last year the last three months I pushed myself to get fit with the Kayla Itnes Bikini Beach Body Workout. This year its all about trying new things and getting my body into tip top shape especially since I am renewing my vows and need to be as slim as possible. This week I decided I desperatly needed to update my sportswear, I am not a fan of spending my cash on sports wear I am much more a shop till you drop on clothes kind of girl. However with H&M opening and their great prices I decided to spend some of my cash on some sport clothes.
My skin after a work out usually looks like a beetroot I go crazy red and it takes some time to go down. After a hardcore work out I like to apply a mask, spritz my skin and apply something that will give my skin a glow and really wear nothing too heavy especially in this crazy summer heat we are experiencing.
So 2015 is all about getting fit for me I have started really strong and hope to keep it up. Keeping that in mind I want to inspire my readers to get fit and feel good on the outside and have great well being and of course a really hot body! One of my things is the abs especially after having 2 kids I am seriously working on sorting out the wobbly belly and getting some definition so when I am on the beach that I am not so self concious of myself. So here are some hard core ab workouts on youtube for you to try at home some are a little cheesy but you get the drift:
