Colbalt Blue Eyeliner Tutorial for Elle Magazine
Here is my latest video tutorial on set for Elle Magazine South Africa shooting an eye editorial with the beautiful model Hilda from Fusion. I decided what best way to do a video was on set to see the magic happening. This video is a cobalt blue eyeliner tutorial and I wanted to show this one because its a massive trend look. Hilda’s skin is already prepped with Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Perfectly Nude foundation and the Mac Pro and Conceal Palette in Light. I filled brows in already using the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow palette and finished off lashes with new Smashbox X-rated mascara.
In this video I wanted to do another trend makeup look so this week its a trend graphic eye makeup tutorial. Its all about the graphic eye but focusing on the bottom lash line rather than the usual top lash line or the lids. This look is perfect for photo shoots if you are a makeup artist and a cool look for going out at night. The rest of the mekup is really clean with all the focus on the eyes.
In this video I wanted to share another trend makeup tutorial its all about a gorgeous berry lip, neutral eyes and gorgeous looking skin. Its not far from Autumn now so wanted to share this tutorial its perfect for day or night whether you are in the office or out on a date and its so easy to create.
Summer Makeup Tutorial Trend
This look is a perfect summer makeup look that is right on trend and perfect for Summer’s skin tone. I wanted to show how to use a pop of colour in a makeup look that is so easy to create and looks beautiful. Its all about fresh flawless, skin, nude lips and a pink smokey eye. Its a trend makeup look inspired from catwalk looks especially the Matthew Williamson show SS15. Hope you enjoy the summer makeup tutorial:
There were a few looks from the Golden Globes red carpet I loved, I decided to do a Kate Bosworth inspired red carpet makeup tutorial look as its totally wearable for every day and just very pretty. I didn’t do the exact look as didn’t want to copy but just took elements so I hope you enjoy the video. I decided to use a model because they look better than I do and its always easier to show when you are working on a model.
I am off today filming some video’s and here is my makeup tutorial inspiration for some looks I am going to be doing on two gorgeous models Morgan and Summer from Boss. I have been busy researching summer trends, celebrity red carpet trends and some pretty looks from pinterest. So here is a little sneak peak of what will be coming your way each week.
This makeup tutorial is all about a pretty spring look that is easy to create and very pretty for a day time or even a festival look using pops of colour.
In this video I put together a bronze look for a night out in Ibiza, its all about a smokey bronze/copper eye, a healthy flush on the cheeks, bronzed skin and a pretty pop on the lips. I am a big fan of bronze on the skin especially for summer it just looks amazing.
This winter makeup tutorial is my take on a winter makeup look using cranberry shades to make the eyes pop and a nicer alternative to chocolate or black. You can either keep lips nude if you don’t want to much going on or apply a berry lip to vamp it up and go all the way.
