Shahnaz Loves Beauty

I love any product that can add some glow to the complexion and face mists is the perfect way to quickly add a glow or hydrate your skin plus put some life back to your foundation throughout the day. As you can see I have quite a few in my stash plus a few more lying around including the Beauty Fix mist which is my current fav.

I love any way to plump up the complexion and help restore the complexion. I find that a lot of models on set have dehydrated skin so a mist is a perfect way to give that gorgeous glow. If you suffer from senstitive skin with redness and irritation the thermal mist from Avene and the Barbor Cleansing CP Thermal spary are winners plus they are a great way to freshen up the complexion and keep cool in the hot days.

As well as keeping skin hydrated theoughout the day the mists also help with long term hydration like my Benefit Ultra radiance mist due to its tri-radiance complex and its an easy way to freshen up makeup that has lots a bit of its lustre and The Body Shop Vitamin E mist is a great skin pick me up and great to set makeup as well as protecting the skin plus it smells amazing

I am a massive fan of spritzing skin during the skincare routine in a shoot before I even apply makeup as it justs adds another step to amazing looking skin especially if your complexion is on the dry side. The Mac Mineralise charged water or Fix + are great favourites. They help revitalise, energise and enliven the skin, the charged water is infused with refreshing green tea as well as keeping the complexion soft and supple. The Fix + helps to apply makeup easier and is minearl rich to freshen up the skin.

Now if you are looking for a spoil mist and want to spurlge or buy a gift for a loved one this holiday then the La Mer mist is pretty amazing. Its formulated with marine botanical extracts and infuses the skin with nutrients helping with moisture and energy to the complexion.

What;s your favourite mist?
