My latest work is out now for Glamour South Africa is out now the Out Of Africa editorial with 4 models showing us how prints should be worn. The look for the shoot was really simple as the clothes are so bold but its a beautiful every day makeup look. The key to this look is beautiful skin and enhancing eyes, brows, cheeks and lips that just simply looks stunning.
Each model had a slightly different collection so I used a few different brands on the day. For Marsye above I used YSL as they have a gorgeous range of darker foundations and skin looks amazing. This shot you can clearly see the makeup for the day its really easier to create. Skincare is so important when achieving beautiful skin with my go to products being Dermalogica Antioxidant Hydramist, Mac Lightful C Marine Bright Essence and the Embroyollise moisturiser.
For the eyes I used Mac warm neutrals palette using shade Dark Brew up to the crease this is my go to shade for darker cmplexions. I shaped brows using my Anastasia Beveryly Hills pro brow palette. For the cheeks I used Mac blush in Sketch and for lips I used my Mac Pro Lip Palette in Select Plums.
For the rest of the models I used a few different shades from Mac and my Bobbi Brown foundation stick. But if you are looking for a dark foundation and you don’t want to break the bank then check out Revlon they have a whole range of shades that are really beautiful.
