When it comes to makeup you DO NOT have to break the bank. I am a firm believer that spend your money on your skincare and your foundation. However, when it comes to your eye looks you can go drugstore. Now I have written about Makeup Revolution before but here you get to see how it looks on a model and not just me. In this post you can see a couple makeup looks for Glamour Magazine SA using Revolution Makeup Life on the Dancefloor VIP Palette.
The Revolution Makeup Life on the Dancefloor VIP palette (R250) is best described as a warm neutrals palette perfect for every day wear. You can keep it pretty and natural in the day and then smoke it up at night. I have been using this one quite a lot as I just really love all the tones. So I put it to the test for the march edition of Glamour SA. For the first look you see for the jewellery shoot I went with the right hand side of the palette. Working the chocolate shades to create a pretty smokey eye.
For the main editorial I kept it more muted peach shades at the top of the palette which really work with a glossy nude lip. Or alternatively as you see here an orange lip. The palette is great for all year round and light to medium/dark skintones can work with this palette.
What I can also say that every model I have worked with always comments on how lovely the shades are so really its worth adding it to your stash. If you haven’t checked out the brand yet go to your local Clicks and check it out.
