My Current Fav Mac Products
Mac is just one of those brands that you can’t live without whether its for your personal stash or your makeup kit. I chop and change the products and brands I use but Mac is always one I can fall back on and gives me the finish I am looking for. Whether its a shoot or for myself I strive for glowing flawless skin. Mac has key items that give me that so if you looking to add some new items to your kit or you just don’t know where to start then keep reading. This post is all about my current fav mac products that I can’t live without.
I am not chatting about my favourite eyeshadows or palette’s in this favourites post because I have banged on about the warm neutrals palette so much. Love it there isn’t more to say. This post is chatting about key items to create gorgeous skin plus some extra items to finish off the look. If you are looking for a highlighter then the mineralise skinfinish is the bomb. You can create the lit from within look with the most beautiful glow. However they are constantly adding new highlighters and new textures so best to go check it out for yourself.
Two key items for a gorgeous complexion is the Mac Lightful C-Marine Bright Formula Essence Serum and the Mac Face and Body Foundation. Yes I have chatted about these before but together they are a winning combination. Glowing gorgeous skin is what these two combined create. I used to aleays thing that the face and body foundation was not that great but something changed for me and I have started using it more and more to create natural fresh looking skin. Finish off with Mac Fix + and skin looks ridiculously amazing.
When it comes to lipsticks Mac has it down I can go on and on about my favourites and believe me the list is long. But when I want a glowing complexion I love a bold lip and Lady Danger does that as its a combo of red and orange. A bright lip just makes everything look so much better right??? I also am partial to a nude that really helps with the no makeup makeup vibe but also can add to that gorgous complexion if the skin is done right. Love my new Mac Retro Matte liquid lipcolour in Back in Vogue to finish off the look. If you really want to make it wow that layer a clear lipgloss on top that will really add to a gorgeous glow. When it comes to mascara I love In Dimension to create volume lashes. Its been my go to for the last couple of months. There is nothing better than a gorgeous lash and I sure don’t leave home without it. Love.
I have countless brushes in my kit but my two Mac favourites at the moment is my 150 power brush as its perfect for applying blush, contouring, applying a highlighter or just applying a setting powder. I am also loving my Mac 287 duo fibre brush because its applies concealer beautifully even though its meant for eye shadow. Its my go to for under the eyes it gets right in there and gives a flaawless finish.
