My Week: Body Shop, Grazia and Hot Pink Lips
This crazy hot week has been filled with new discoveries, shooting for Grazia Magazine and playing around with products. So here is my last week crammed into one post:
1) Body Shop Makeup really has gone up to a whole new level for me since discovering their new makeup products but also since seeing Beautycrush’s behind the scenes for the Body Shop Trend Makeup looks for a fashion event. Here they show us key trend makeup looks and how amazing the Body Shop makeup is.
2) I love shooting for Grazia Magazine even though Friday was seriously one of the hottest days to be shooting outside. It was all about the hot pink lip, dewy skin and bronze eyes. The key makeup items were Mac Mineralise Moisture Foundation, Maybelline Colour Tattoo Eyeshadow in And On Bronze, The Body Shop Shimmer Baubles and my fav Mac Lipstick in Candy Yum Yum.
3) I attended the launch of 27 Pinkx on Thurs and before my post I just had to share about their makeup storage units. We each got a perspex organiser that can be used for makeup or jewellery. So loving it and have filled it already so watch this space for Monday’s post. If you looking to organise your beauty then the 27 Pinkx units are the only way to go.
4) Earlier in the week I did a shoot for an SA celebrity and I really wanted to prep her skin before the makeup. Loving my latest edition to my kit This Works In Transit Camera Close Up, its an all in one mask, primer and moisturiser. Described as a modern day pick me up this bad boy really helps plump up and brighten the skin. Watch this space for a full review.
