Shahnaz Loves Beauty

I am so lucky being a beauty blogger and makeup artist I get to test out lots of skincare ensuring I have a glowing dewy complexion. I am forever changing up my skincare routine which include these two beauties the Dermalogica Phyto Replenish Oil and Filorga Time Zero Mutli Correction wrinkles serum. Its been a stressful month for me with some serious sleep deprevation at times which totally affects my skin meaning I need a serious amount of love on my skin that even drinking copious amounts of water won’t help. The weather is totally changing in Cape Town so I need to make sure my face is hydrated and glowing all day long.

Dermalogica’s phyto replenish oil has hit SA shores (R1290) that promises to be a luminous and hydrating facial treatment. Itotally have to agree and I love love love. Unlike some oils where your face feels really greasy aftewards this one melts quickly into the skin leaving it looking really dewy just how I like it. I can apply foundation and I look the right kind of dewy rather than looking seriously sweaty. The Camellia and Tamnu oils restore the skin’s natural barrier, the Orchid Flower and Chia seeds smooths visible lines and locks in moisture and the Sunflower, Rice bran and Rosemary extracts create a lumious antioxidant shield. Take 4-6 drops and massage in before applying your moisturiser or alternatively you can apply with a sponge over your foundation for some serious luminosity.

Filorga just always get their skincare right and their latest offering the Time Zero multi-correction wrinkles serum (R1090) is perfect for dad) and don’t have many wrinkles I am getting more fine lines around my eyes especially when I am tired. I love that its super light on my skin leaving a fresh feeling and making it so easy with makeup application. The serum works on deep wrinkles, fatigue wrinkles, correction wrinkles and surface wrinkles you name it this bad boy seems to do it. Skin gets plumped, smoothed out, a botox like correction and resurfaces the skin.  Its filled with antioxidants, vitamins, hyaluronic acid, amino acids and the list goes on so yes please I need some of that. The serum definitely smooths out my fatigue wrinkles which I seem to be getting a lot lately making it a perfect addition to my skincare routine.

Both are definitely not on the cheap side and definitely an investment. For me as I get older I place more more time and money on my skin which is definitely something I didn’t do when I was younger. Both are amazing products and hands down are worth the investment if you looking for a skin treat.
