In the Elle trend beauty shoot I did for the May issue I was asked by the Elle team to talk through how to create the trend gloss eye for this autumn/winter. Its not an every day look but it can look really beautiful to add an extra dimension to your makeup.
Another week has flown by filled with amazing beauty drops, shoots and new work out. As always I share the highlights of my week with you and pack it all into one post. Its my 4 best things that happened to me when it comes to beauty so hope you enjoy:
In this month's issue of Elle I did makeup for the beauty trend editorial covering all the trends for this autumn/winter so whether you want to go natural or all out this editorial has got it covered. The story was shot as if it was backstage at fashion week and I was so excited to be part of this amazing team.
The budget brands are really stepping up their game and I am finding that I am using more and more items on shoots and keeping them in my pro kit. Sadly I didn't get to the L'Oreal or maybelline launches which is the story of my life but I did get quite a few makeup items to play around with and actually I am pretty impressed. If you didn't catch my post last weekend I did feature the new L'Oreal Superliner for my night out look if you didn't catch it then click here to have a quick squizz.
Its definitely a week of trends for me so with that in mind I am continuing this week's theme on the makeup trends and this time sharing looks that you can try at home for autumn/winter which is almost upon us. A lot of the time we stick to a makeup look and never really venture away from it but here are some pretty looks that can transform your whole look.
