In this post I wanted to chat about some of my fav Dermalogica skincare products. Its hard to be able to choose from a brand especially when there is so much to choose from. I like to mix things up so I never use just one brand but a few at the same time. It can be difficult navigating your way trying to work out what is best. Especially when some skincare is really costly its always a good idea to do some research. Dermalogica is definitely on the pricey side but some of the products for me are really worth it.
Its that time of the month again where I share my monthly essentials. After shooting a video with All Dolled Up I thought why not film my own as its a great way for me to share why I love the products.
The majority you can find at Clicks and Edgars in South Africa. Good Things the latest facial skincare that is all natural is a great budget brand that won’t break the bank, in the video I feature the mask which is priced at R74.95 so happy days all around.
The Morrocan Oil Extra Volume Shampoo and Conditioner is available online on everything hair.co.za, the shampoo costs R270 and the conditioner R295,the Luna Foreo is available online retailing at R2790 its not cheap but your whole skincare routine will change dramatically for the better.
My current favourite skin mist the Dermalogica Antixoidant Hydramist retails at R610 and is available at their stores click here to find out where to find.
Hope you enjoyed the video.
Womens Health Beach Look
In this Womens Health Swimwear editorial the brief was undone textured hair and sunkissed skin. So of course I got all my bronzer’s out of which I have a load of and got busy with the two gorgeous models Jenna and Charissa.
For the hair I used my trusty Davines This is a Medium Hairspray spritzed over the hair and then took a medium size tong and just took the middle section of the hair to create some movement. For the eyes I used the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar on The Go in All About Eve which is the perfect cream bronze for the eye. Maybelline also doing a great Colour Tattoo one which is way more affordable.
I prepped their skin with my usual Dermalogica routine to get that glowing skin, the Dermalogica Antixoidant Hydramist is a winner for this. I bronzed skin with my NYX bronzer and glossed the cheeks and eyes with Elizabeth Arden 8HR cream.
Of course there was lots of highlighting on the face and the body to get beach body beautiful.
Have you gotten yourself beach ready yet?
