This foundation has been on my radar since Creative Director for Max Factor Pat Macgrath worked them on the models faces for fashion week AW16. The complexions on the models looked unbelivable so I have been waiting patiently to get my hands on the foundation. The new Max Factor Miracle Match foundation blur and nourish is my new best friend and makes my complexion look absolutely amazing. It has great coverage, totally evens out my skin tone and gives that perfect amount of dewy so that I have a healthy glow going on. YES YES YES.
Anything Chanel launching I am always excited and when the delivery man comes with a box from Chanel my day has literally been made especially since the Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Foundation is finally here. If you don't know anything about the Les Beiges line its all about healthy glowing skin which started out with powders and then some gorgeous bronzers and now the foundation is being added to the family. For those of you based in SA its heading your way on the 19th Feb so you better put that date in the diary if you want to go test this one out. There are 12 shades in the collection so hopefully there is one for you, it comes in a 30ml pump bottle and retails at R785.
A couple weeks ago I met with one of the Clarins girls at the V&A Edgars stores to learn a little more about their foundations and which one would work for me. I love a dewy foundation and because my skin is in pretty good condition I needed a foundation that would give me some coverage but that wasn't full coverage and could let my skin breath. The conlusion Clarins Skin Illusion foundation was perfect for me plus the Eclat Minute Instant Light Perfector too add natural highlights where needed on the face.
