Colbalt Blue Eyeliner Tutorial for Elle Magazine

Here is my latest video tutorial on set for Elle Magazine South Africa shooting an eye editorial with the beautiful model Hilda from Fusion. I decided what best way to do a video was on set to see the magic happening. This video is a cobalt blue eyeliner tutorial and I wanted to show this one because its a massive trend look. Hilda's skin is already prepped with Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Perfectly Nude foundation and the Mac Pro and Conceal Palette in Light. I filled brows in already using the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow palette and finished off lashes with new Smashbox X-rated mascara.
