Now if you love a good Micellar cleansing water then the Garnier ones are worth taking a look at. These kind of cleansers have taken the makeup world by storm because they remove stubborn makeup and because skin is left feeling so fresh especially when it comes to working back stage a lot of pro makeup artists opt for a Micellar water because of its amazing technology to remove makeup without leaving skin red and sore.
Now I am definitely a fan of the Bioderma Sensibo H20 cleansing water so I was pretty excited to try the Garnier version (R79.99) and see if it could match up plus its half the price so its definitely going to break the bank. There are two to choose from one for sensitive/dry skin and one for combination/oily skin. I have been testing out the one for sensitive skin because my skin is prone to breakouts and I have to say I am pretty impressed because it removes all my stubborn mascara even when I forgot take it off the one night (yes I am guilty of that).
The cleansing water is a 3 in 1 cleanser leaving refreshed super clean skin so I know that when it comes to my night time routine my skin has not a trace of makeup but doesn’t feel like its been stripped and feels hydrated rather than really dry.
To remove makeup use a cotton wool pad and for your eyes you can use a pad or to really get into the lashes then use a cosmetic bud soaked with the cleaner.
The Garnier Micellar cleansing water launches in October next month so if I were you I would definitely give this a whirl.
