The Gorgeous AKPJ Collective Store in Cape Town
Every week I like to chat about fashion whether its what I am wearing or what I am lusting after. This week its the Cape Town’s AKPJ Collective store that now stocks some more fabulous local brands from SA. My good friend Tamara Cherie Dyson who won the Elle style Awards back in 2014 now stocks her line at the store. Her pieces are classic and wearable for day or night and to say I am proud of her for designing her own line is definitely an understatement. But as well as her line there are great brands like like Thalia Strates who I shot her latest look book with designs gorgeous handmade leather bags that are now available to buy at AKPJ.
Each item and designer has been hand picked with now 15 local designers showcasing their clothes, bags and jewellery. Including Nicholas Coutts another Elle winner and Selfie another great local brand plus some gorgeous jewellery that has definitely caught my eye like Pulchik that is the rope and stone jewellery, Steffany Roup that designs the gorgeous bold pieces and Waif that designs that is hand crafted.
I love the look and feel of the store and I love that beautiful local brands are available in this boutique located in Bree Street. I will definitely be checking out some of the gorgeous jewellery pieces and hand bags for myself.
