I love love love mascara so was super excited to get all the Revlon mascara’s with new packaging and a mascara for all your lash needs. I have been busy testing them out on myself and on model’s over the weekend on my swimwear shoot to see which is my favourite of them all. So far I am pretty impressed with them with Revlon All in One and Ultra Volume being my favourite so far of the 5.
So starting from left to right is the Dramatic Definition coats those lashes with the thin applicator and literally gets tight in there with no clumping. The Revlon Super Length mascara has a thicker applicator and gives the illusion of length I used this one on one of my models on Saturday for a brand called Kiini that does the most amazing swimwear. You can see the model’s lashes look really pretty:
The Revlon Ultra Volume has a medium sized applicator and gives great volume and a nice curl to the lashes. Its got short and long bristles that really coat the lashes making them look amazing this one is my personal fav and as you can see look’s amazing on Jessica-Lee:
The All in One mascara has the smallest of all the applicators but actually works like magic as it pretty much gives you everything you want in a mascara and gets every lash making sure you have great length and volume. With the wand being so small you can get into the inner corners of the eyes and apply on the bottom lashes as well. The Revlon Volume and Length Magnified is my least favourite as you need loads of coats to get volume. In the pic below I have both the mascara’s on, on the left hand side is the All in one and the right is the length and volume magnified:
They both look quite similar in the image but the All in one you can get your desired volume straight away and the lashes look thicker than the length and volume magnified.
All 5 mascara’s are in store now retailing at R149.99 and the All in One at R159.99 so get to your local Clicks and get busy testing to see which one is your favourite one.
