The New Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolour
I am a massive fan of matt lips because firstly because they last longer and also because they look great. The new Revlon HD Ultra HD Matte lipcolour is the latest from Revlon and pretty amazing if you ask me. I love the new sleek packaging its totally different to how Revlon usually package their lipsticks. I put the red shade to the test on Monday to see how it looked on and how long it would last.
If you didn’t catch my post yesterday I briefly featured the lipstick which I matched with my print dress and my hand bag. As soon as I arrived for the shoot the photographer complimented me on how great the lipstick looked on so already thumbs up from me. The lip colour applies easily due to the flat applicator and the colour pay off is pretty good on the first application. I applied a couple of times to make sure I had enough to last the distance.
I applied the lipstick at around 11.30 in the morning, I ate and drank and there was still product on at 4. It had faded a bit but I was pretty impressed. As well as lasting the distance the lipstick doesn’t dry out lips and I didn’t even have to apply a lip balm before application. The Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolour is really hydrating and super comfortable to wear. For me its all about convenience and if I am running around I don’t want to keep applying. There are 8 shades in the collection retailing at R165 from nudes, pinks to reds so there is something here for everyone.
I will definitely be adding some to my pro kit but I think I will bve keeping the red shade for myself because it just looks so pretty. They are already in store so if you like what you see go get yourself one or a few.
